Here, the health and well-being of our Mini Highland cows is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with strong, healthy animals that will thrive in your care.

Comprehensive Health Checks

Every Mini Highland calf undergoes thorough veterinary examinations before leaving our farm. Our vet checks include screening for common diseases, parasites, and overall physical condition to ensure your new cow is in excellent health.

Vaccinations and Treatments

All calves receive age-appropriate vaccinations and preventive treatments in accordance with best veterinary practices. We also provide detailed health records with each animal so you know exactly what care has been given.

60-Day Health Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our animals with a 60-day health guarantee. If your Mini Highland cow experiences any serious health issues directly related to pre-sale conditions within 60 days of purchase, please contact us immediately at  info@miniscottishhighlands.com   for support and resolution.

However, some things are not always in our control because a calf’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care
 
 In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the calf is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affect the health of the calf, we’ll replace it with another calf of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
 
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your calf remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 30 business days of receiving your calf.
The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your calf or calves comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the calf or Calves again.
 

Exceptions to this Guarantee

Failure to provide your calf or calves with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. 
 
We require all our calves to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our Calves.
 
We also require you to get your calf examined by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of receiving the calf. Thanks for your cooperation.
